• Bookings: All batting cage sessions must be booked in advance through the link in our website or by contacting us directly.
   
• Payments: Payments will be taken at the site. We accept major credit/debit cards and other listed payment methods.
   
• Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 1 hour before your scheduled session.
   

By booking a session, you agree to follow all posted rules and instructions provided by Batter-Up staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a session if a participant engages in unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

Participation in batting practice involves inherent risks. By using our services, you agree to assume all such risks and release Batter-Up, its owners, and staff from liability for any injury or loss sustained on our premises or through the use of our equipment.

Minors must be supervised by a parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult at all times.

The full details of our liability waiver can be found at the time of booking, this must be agreed to before any bookings can be made.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Batter-Up and may not be used or reproduced without our written permission.
